SWORDS AND BOARDS

Join us for an evening of Swords & Boards, Magic & Mayhem, and far too many dice to be reasonable. This ongoing weekly program is designed for Teens & Adults (16 and older) to enjoy a selection of various RPG-related games (Board Games & TTRPG), 5th Edition D&D 1-shots, & homebrew modules and adventures. We'll run short workshops covering the basics of D&D 5e Character creation, fun scenarios & 1-shot adventures for new players to learn the basics, as well as seasoned adventurers to enjoy delving into a world of magic, mythology, and of course, plenty of dragons. Be sure to bring a water bottle to stay hydrated and feel welcome to bring your favorite dice or other D&D accessory. Dice will be available to borrow for anyone new to the game. These games are LGBTQIA+ friendly, welcoming, & run. When new players join, we'll review basics on table etiquette, consent sheets (for triggers & game themes), and basic expectations/DM style.
Join us from May 6th to October on Monday nights from 6 p.m. to 9:30 p.m. at the Living Memorial Park Kiwanis Shelter
Fee: $12.50 a night for Brattleboro Residents & $14.50 a night for Non-Brattleboro Residents.
Who: Anyone 16 years old and older (17 and under must have a waiver signed by a legal guardian.
